We match thread and finish to your logo, and provide an artwork proof before we go ahead so you know exactly what you're getting.

Below is a summary of average logo branding costs per unit. This is in addition to the cost of the garments. Pricing will vary depending on the size and detail of your logo, as well as how many units are required.

A one-off $100 setup fee applies per logo (covers digitising and setup) and is waived on reorders. Prices above are per unit and exclude the setup fee.

What is the minimum order for logo branding?
The minimum is 6 units per logo design.
What products can I have my logo branded on?
We can brand most of our PPE, workwear and AS Colour range, provided there's enough clear space between pockets and seams to achieve a clean finish. We're unable to brand over seams, and any branding on pockets will close the pocket permanently.
Do I get to see my logo before the full order is made?
Yes. We provide an artwork proof showing logo placement and sizing for your approval before we go to production, so you know exactly what you're getting.
Can you design my logo for me?
We're unable to offer a logo design service and will need a final version of your logo supplied.
How much does logo branding cost?
Cost depends on the size and detail of your logo and how many units you need — see the pricing table above. There's a one-off, non-refundable $100 setup fee per logo, waived on future reorders provided there are no changes. Send us an enquiry for a full quote.
What file format do you need my logo in?
Please supply your logo as a high-resolution PDF, AI, EPS, PNG or JPG.
What's the difference between embroidery and heat seal?
Embroidery gives a premium, hard-wearing finish ideal for polos, jackets and caps. Heat seal suits hi-vis workwear and larger logo applications. Not sure which suits your gear? Get in touch and we'll talk you through it.
Can you brand garments I bought elsewhere?
We're only able to brand stock purchased from PPE Club.
